Terms of Use: Using This Website

These terms apply when you use lawquendrix.site. By using the site you agree to them. Website projects are governed by a separate written agreement signed before any work begins.

Last updated

Lawquendrix is a web design studio, not a law firm. The guides and other content on this site are general information about websites. They are not legal advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a lawyer, your regulator or your Law Society about your own circumstances.

Accuracy

We research our guides carefully and show the date each was last checked, but laws, rules and platform policies change. We do not promise that every page is complete or current at the moment you read it. If you find an error, please tell us.

Our guides link to legislation, regulators, professional bodies and other publishers. Those sites are run by their own owners, so their content, uptime and privacy practices are outside our control and our responsibility.

Intellectual property

The text, design, illustrations and code on this site belong to Lawquendrix or are used with permission. You may quote short passages from our guides with a link back to the page. Please do not copy whole guides or the site's design.

The concept designs show fictional law firms. Any resemblance to a real firm's name is unintended.

The brief builder

The brief builder runs in your browser. We do not receive what you type unless you send it to us. You are responsible for not entering confidential client information.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
